SELF-GUIDED TOURS:  Why we love them and you will too!  Self-guided tours allow you to schedule at your own convenience, tour the grounds at your leisure, and follow up with us for a 1 on 1 consultation, to answer any questions and go over any additional information.  Book HERE!


ASSISTED TOURS:  An assisted tour is with an Oasis Tour Manager present during your tour, to answer any of your questions and go over pricing and date availability in detail.  To check availability and book, click the links below:

LIMITED WEEKEND TOURS: Due to the high request for weekend tour options, we have made special accommodations to open up some select dates and times.

These tour times are scheduled on a booked Wedding/Event date. For that reason: these are expedited tours and have limited access to the venue, along with a shorter duration to view the venue.  They are ONLY scheduled between 7:15am – 9am.  PLEASE REVIEW FULL DETAILS IN THE TOUR BOOKING LINK, TO SEE IF THIS IS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU.

    Please review the following information before/by your tour, to give you the best possible experience:

    It’s in the DETAILS – what does your venue price include?: 

      • Exclusive use of venue and property for a 12 hour time frame: 10am-10pm.
      • Plus 1 additional hour after “End Time” for Caterer/Vendor clean up, up to 11pm.
      • 1 hour rehearsal time prior to wedding date (typically scheduled on the Thursday before).
      • *ONSITE Venue Manager for your Wedding Day.
      • Exclusive use of property and venue sites for your photography- access to all 5 acres!
      • Use of beautiful Pavilion building with custom clear drop down side walls, fireplace, heaters, fans, and crystal chandeliers.
      • Use of our elegant and luxurious Salon and Lounge.  Private restrooms and additional amenities included.
      • Large PAVED Parking lot – park up to 115 cars on site (3 Handicap spots available).
      • Public Restrooms for your guests – indoor and nicely appointed, ADA accessible.
      • Set up and Break down of all supplied tables and chairs (information below)
        • over a $1,000 value!
      • Dedicated Venue Manager assigned at 3 months before your special day with us!

      Equipment provided in your rental:

        • 60″ round tables for guest seating (30)
        • 48” round tables for cake/dessert (6)
        • 6ft Banquet tables (12)
        • 8ft Banquet tables (12)
        • Bistro tables (5)
        • White resin chairs (500 Total)
        • White metal chairs (100 Total)
          • combined chairs for ceremony & reception. This option seats 250 for ceremony and reception without any flips needed.

      *Venue Manager Services include:

      ❖ Available to answer all your venue-related questions by email, phone, text upon your 3-month hand-over.
      ❖ Onsite / in person site visit: for your 1-hour Final Walk-Through appointment.
      ❖ Wedding Rehearsal on Thursday prior to your wedding (1 Hour) – available for questions + reviews your rain
      map options (does not run the rehearsal).
      ❖ Creates a map for your reception (& ceremony if needed) and communicates that to the morning support team.
      ❖ On-call/available by phone on your event day: venue related questions.
      ❖ On-site from ceremony until close of event (to assist clients and vendors in closing down the venue).
      • Available throughout the day by telephone for questions from clients, guests, or vendors as needed.
      ❖ Does not take the place of a wedding planner. Assistance is for VENUE related items only, which does include
      support in creation of reception maps, confirming vendors, and other venue related support and logistics.
