Whether you are planning your next WEDDING or EVENT, we have the perfect VENUE for you!!

Get ready for a day filled with design inspirations, meeting talented vendors, planning tips and tricks, exploring our beautiful venue, and spending time with our Oasis staff to answer all your questions!

The venue will be staged in certain areas for inspiration and design ideas. We will have our talented staff on hand to give guided mini tours, and answer any and all your questions about booking our venue for your special day.  Many of our AMAZING VENDORS from our Preferred Vendors List will be available for you to ask questions, sample their offerings, and spend time with them 1 on 1.

We have OPEN dates for 2024 and 2025!

TOUR SCHEDULE:
 –  WEEKDAY appointments (Monday-Wednesday)
 –  WEEKEND : availability (if there is any) due to booked events.  Try for 1 weekend a month opening.
–  Schedule is up to 2 weeks in advance.

SELF-GUIDED TOURS:  Why we love them and you will too!  Self-guided tours allow you to schedule at your own convenience, tour the grounds at your leisure, and follow up with us for a 1 on 1 consultation, to answer any questions and go over any additional information.  Book HERE!


HYBRID TOURS:  looking for a mix of self-guided and assisted?   Hybrid tours allow you the convenience of the self-guided tours + the personal touch of an assisted tour!   Choose a time to come tour the venue and grounds at your own convenience, and stop by the Pavilion to speak with one of our Oasis Tour managers.  *These are scheduled at 15 minute intervals:  this scheduling helps us stagger times, to ensure our onsite staff has time to speak with everyone!  But you are free to stay and walk the grounds as long as you’d like.
